What is Betstr?
Betstr is a social betting and research hub - your first stop before placing any bet. We combine powerful data analysis tools, a vibrant community, and expert knowledge to help you make smarter betting decisions.
How do I create an account?
Download the Betstr app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using your email, Apple ID, or Google account. You must be 21+ to use Betstr.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
How do I contact support?
You can email us at support@betstr.app or use the in-app support feature under Settings → Help → Contact Support.
Is Betstr a sportsbook?
No. Betstr is NOT a sportsbook. We do not accept bets or handle any gambling transactions. We are a research and community platform that helps you make informed decisions before betting at licensed sportsbooks.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or email support@betstr.app with your request.
